Morning Combo PackageA combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility training to raise your heart rate and increase your cardiovascular endurance as well as your physical and mental strength and endurance. Min. 8 Max 16 Each day will focus on a different area: 5:15 - 6:00am 5:15-6am class: Mon-suspension & free weights, Tues- cardio circuits, Wed-Abs/Stretch, Thurs-Trekking, Fri-Weight circuits
