Students will use equipment like noodles and hand-held buoys to do muscle strengthening movements in the water. The resistance of water offers exercise that can be gentle on the body but still as intense as exercising on land. This class is a perfect way to cross train, get an intense workout, or simply get some movement in for the day! Logistics The class location is at Summit Middle School Pool. Enter through door #20 and turn to the right to enter the pool area. Meet the instructor under the scoreboard prior to class. Students should bring a water bottle, a towel, water shoes (optional), and swim suit to class. All students must shower off prior to entering the pool. Instructor Tammy Robinson.
