  • Blaze Dry Land Training

    This course is for any Blaze Swim Club member (past or present) who are looking to increase their strength, speed, and mental focus for swimming. Dry land training is essential to swimming fast and participants in the dry land course will have the opportunity to participate in four different dry land sessions; Yoga and Mental Training, Speed and Agility, Strength, and Games. The workout sessions will be designed by a certified Group Fitness Instructor with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and led by Blaze Staff members. Swimmers will walk away with a packet of stretches and exercises to do in their own at home, they will learn how to be better mentally focused, deal with pre-race anxiety, develop a stronger core, and improve their cardiovascular system.
