    Course Description DASH Sports Summer Basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided.     Course Description -DASH Sports Flag Football Camps provide players with an introductory experience to the great game of football in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced. Fun, skill-based games will be played to practice newly learned skills. Min 8/Max 24. -DASH Sports Flag Football Tykes- Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group. Logistics Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes (cleats are optional). Footballs and flag belts are provided. Instructor DASH Sports Staff include adults who have had previous playing or coaching experience. They also go through an extensive training.

Key volleyball skills such as passing, serving, and hitting will be taught and practiced throughout the week.     Course Description This program introduces the skills and rules needed to play football. Participants move through drills with their parent/adult working on passing/receiving, running, defense, and blocking. Each child must have a “coaching” parent/adult present who is willing to go through each drill throughout the clinic. Practices include QB/Center exchange, hand-offs/running and dodging, pass/catching, how to pull flags (without tackling), some blocking, and some head to head drills. Logistics Wear active attire and tennis shoes or molded cleats are acceptable Bring plenty of water in a bottle with their name on it. Nerf footballs, flags are provided. No pads are allowed.     Course Description Beginners and Intermediates will be split by the instructors after the first day to allow for better growth in each individual. BEGINNERS- different theme each day: forehand, backhand, serve return, and volley. The final practice will be spent learning how to play a real match including scoring. The main focus is on having fun, sportsmanship, learning tennis, and improving skills. Orange balls will be used with 23-25-inch racquets. Racquets are provided if needed. INTERMEDIATES- This is for players that have played or are interested in playing matches. The player should be able to serve and rally 3 balls in a row. The focus is going to be on offense and defense with an understanding of shot selection. There will be an emphasis on grip changes, spins, placement and consistency. Orange balls are used with 25 inch racquets. Logistics Bring racket (if you have one) Balls will be provided Bring a water bottle with your name on it Weather policy/procedures- if courts are slick/wet from rains, lessons will be cancelled.     Course Description This is a great introduction into the competitive world of obstacle course racing! Participants spend time warming up in gymnastics gym with games and races (including time on trampolines and in foam pits). Participants move to the ninja gym and then work through an obstacle course! Logistics Complete this waiver before your Ninja can participate - Emerge Academy Participant Waiver Kids wear clean, dry tennis shoes & socks are required for the Ninja Warrior gym!
