Starting SoonSwim Lessons Level 3Aquatics CoursesThis course is for any swimmer who has passed level 2 and/or can swim front and back crawl proficiently a minimum of 5 body lengths, tread water 15 seconds or more, float on the back for 15 seconds or more, and can understand how to breathe to the side on front crawl. Swimmers will learn breaststroke kick, elementary backstroke, dolphin kick, and scissors kick. This course requires swimmers to be in water at least chest deep. Parents who are unsure if their child is ready for this level should contact the Aquatics Coordinator. Goggles are highly recommended for this course.Summer 2023
