8th Grade Football Camp
Learn all about offensive and defensive positions and special teams play. We’ll emphasize the fundamentals of various positions so players can learn about the game of football and build confidence. Baseball Camp

Color Guard Camp
A dance-based performance art program with the additional element of flag spinning. From the award winning JHS Varsity Color Guard Program comes a new opportunity to learn different types of dance, the spinning of flags and other types of guard equipment, as well as compete state-wide with an elite ensemble with a unique custom created theme show. No experience required! This program is intended to introduce students to color guard and give them a world-class education that will carry them into elite high school and collegiate programs. Drone Photography
Students will start off Drone Photography by learning how to fly an entry level photography drone. Once they’ve mastered the basics, they’ll be taught more advanced techniques that will help them take higher quality photos and videos with their drones. Photo and video editing software tutorials will enable students to create awesome media content that they can download and keep after the camp. Drone Programming
Students will learn to program and fly at the same time! Groups of students will use drones that can be programmed to perform aerial maneuvers with entry level, block based coding. The fun and excitement of flying drones makes it easy to forget that students will be learning valuable 21st century programming skills in the process. The camp will consist of a variety of fun challenges where students will put the programming skills that they learn to the test. We will blend a mix of learning and team building activities with workouts that are customized to the fitness of each individual. Girls entering Grades 7-12 who are interested in improving their fitness, getting stronger, making new friends and learning how to live according to our Six Basic Principles: Be Healthy. Dream Big Dreams. Work Hard. Have Fun. Kick Butt. Embrace Your Sisters. Athletes from any sport will benefit from the wide range of strength & conditioning activities provided. Individuals who have not traditionally found success in other team/ball sports often find that Cross Country is the perfect sport in which for them to flourish. All sessions led by the coaches of the award-winning staff of the Johnston Cross Country team.
