From hitting fitness goals to learning new skills and crafts, Johnston Community Education provides a variety of Adult classes for all ages and all interests.
Learn to swim, take to the diving boards, prepare for the Blaze Swim Club, or enroll in a lifeguard training course. Johnston Aquatics has classes for students of all ages and interests. Aqua Aerobic courses offered for adults.
The Johnston Early Learning Academy offers programs for 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds preparing for elementary education.
Before/after school and no school day care during the school year for JCSD students in grades DK-5. Summer full day care during the summer for all students in grades DK-6.
From Mad Science to youth basketball and so much, Johnston youth are invited to participate in one our Community Education's numerous programs.

Course Description
Students will build, launch, and light up Halloween in this hands-on engineering lab. Spider bots, candy catapults, moving zombie hands, light-up jack-o'-lanterns, and more! They will explore simple machines, circuits, and basic engineering principles and will take home their creepy contraptions!
Early Registration Checkpoint: Oct 19. Class will be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met by this date.
