Course Description 

• Level 3 introduces new safety and swim skills such as elementary backstroke, scissor kick, and dolphin kicks for ages 6 to 15. Students will also learn head first entries into deep water, so it is necessary for students to have passed a deep water swim test and/or have passed Level 2.

Logistics

• The class location is at Summit Middle School Pool. Enter through door #20 and turn to the right to enter the pool area. Parents should sit with their student in the bleachers until their name is called by the instructor. The instructor will walk the students to the class area. Parents should remain int he bleachers to watch the class. Students should bring a water bottle, a towel, and swim suit to class. All students must shower off prior to entering the pool. No glass or food is allowed on deck.
