Course Description 

• Level 2 is where swimmers between ages 6 and 12 years old begin to learn independent water skills such as swimming on the front and back without support. Swimmers must be able to swim and then transition to a float or water tread seamlessly. Students will also swim to build endurance in this level.

Logistics

• The class location is at Summit Middle School Pool. Enter through door #20 and turn to the right to enter the pool area. Parents should sit with their student in the bleachers until their name is called by the instructor. The instructor will walk the students to the class area. Parents should remain int he bleachers to watch the class. Students should bring a water bottle, a towel, and swim suit to class. All students must shower off prior to entering the pool. No glass or food is allowed on the pool deck.
