Course Description

• Students will become certified in in CPR, AED, and First Aid for adults, children, and infants after successfully completing all the course requirements. To fulfill the class requirements, students will first complete an online course. The online portion will be accessible through email three days prior to the in-person course. After completing the online course, proof of passing must be submitted to the instructor at the in-person class or sent ahead of time through email. The in-person class will reinforce topics learned in the online portion, allow students to practice the skills, and then be evaluated on the skills.

Logistics

• Class is held at Summit Middle School Multi-Purpose Room. Enter through door #20 and the instructor will be there to guide participants to the classroom. Bring a water bottle, proof of passing the online course, and a sweatshirt since the room is chilly.
