Course Description
JHS Head Softball Coach Kendal Clark, along with her coaching staff and players, will be working with the participants illustrating fundamental skills and drills. The players and staff are excited to meet the young players and families in the community to discuss softball mechanics, fundamentals, and philosophies. Mark it on your calendar, come out, and get a jump on your softball season! This camp is open to everyone regardless of what school or where you live.
Good hitters need both solid technique and consistent in-game adjustments.
Day 1: Will teach stance, swing path, timing, and contact fundamentals.Day 2: Will build on that foundation with situational hitting, pitch recognition, power generation, and live-pitch reps. Day 2 is essential as players can only apply advanced skills once the basics are locked in.
