Course Description

Learn the best dance moves from the Johnston Varsity Dance Team! Dancers learn a short routine which they will perform on Friday, October 4th before the home varsity football game at JHS Football Stadium. All dancers receive a t-shirt to wear for the performance. 

Friday, October 4 Performance-

• Please have your child wear their t-shirt they received during camp.
• Arrive at 5:30pm and participants should be dropped off at Door #2 at Johnston High School and meet in the cafeteria. Members of the dance team will be there to greet and take inside to practice prior to performance.
• Parents/families pay to get into the football game. Dancers are FREE to get in. Please click here to pay ahead of time.
• Participants perform before the start of the varsity game (approximately 6:25pm) and stay on the track under the scoreboard until their parent/guardian picks them up after their performance.
• JHS Dance Team members are there to assist and walk the participants to their families

Logistics

• Bring a water bottle with your name on it after school 
• Wear clean, dry tennis shoes
