Ninja Warrior Camp: Gr 1-8
This is a great introduction into the competitive world of obstacle course racing! Participants spend time warming up in gymnastics gym with games and races (including time on trampolines and in foam pits). T-ball Drills & Games
Players participate in age-appropriate games and activities designed to teach fundamentals, encourage physical activity, and generate interest in the sport. This is an outdoor activity. Tae Kwon Do: Ages 6+
This Korean art of self-defense (includes Tae kwon do and Karate concepts) is recognized as a beneficial method of improving health, balance, agility, and poise. Tae-Kwon-Do is also a philosophy of mental alertness and moral ethics that can serve to enhance anyone's life, young or old. This program is year around so sessions may be taken on an individual basis or ongoing. For ages 6 years and older. Students must sign up on or before the first class day of each session.
