Aqua Aerobics
Each class is centered on a 25-30 minute aerobic workout and includes muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips and legs, along with flexibility and relaxation exercises. -
Intro to Competitive Swim I
Designed for youth ages 6 to 12, the Intro to Competitive swim program bridges the gap between learn-to-swim classes and swim team training. Participants will learn the four competitive strokes, drills, starts, turns, and rules of the sport. Please make sure your swimmer has completed Learn to Swim level 3 or higher to be ready for this class. -
Intro to Competitive Swim II
*Swim test is required- please join waitlist to be admitted* Before joining the Blaze USA team, try this developmental team. You will do small sets of all strokes, practice drills, work on turns and starts. It is highly suggested that you take the “Introduction to Competitive Swim I Class,” before trying this course.
