  • Basketball: Adult Open Gym Pass (30+)

    Course Description Bring a basketball and enjoy this workout with friends and meet new ones! All players must check-in with the staff. No children for safety reasons. Pre-registration is required online. Logistics Enter through Wallace Elementary Door #9 (on the west side of building).
  • Pickleball: Indoor Open Gym Pass

    Course Description Up to 2 hours of play with paid registration for six weeks! Three courts are available for this open gym style play with games to 9 or 11 with a rotation system to play with and against everyone throughout the program. Please bring a paddle and wear clean, dry, tennis shoes. Drop-ins are not allowed and class sizes are limited. No kids are allowed during this adult program. Minimum of 6 players needed to have each open gym. **NOTE- Mondays are set aside for those Beginners to Level 3, Wednesdays are for Level 3 and Higher Players Logistics Enter through District Office Door #7 (on east side of building) and bring a paddle if you have one. Some balls are provided. Supervision JCE will provide a staff supervisor to check people in and out and to make sure people are rotating when finished.
  • Siege Conditioning

    Course Description Siege Conditioning is a fitness program that incorporates scenarios and gamification to deliver collaborative, competitive and fun workouts without the rigidity of standard group formats. This is not a fitness class where everyone is doing the same thing at the same time. Participants are given an objective with a few actions they can take to help their team achieve victory. Each action requires physical effort to accomplish. Actions such as: Sabotaging the enemy team by running a lap and completing 3 burpees. Loosing a trebuchet at an enemy watch tower by tossing a medicine ball at a target to knock it over. Reinforcing a watchtower by completing 3 squats, 3 push ups and 3 squats. All fitness levels are welcome for our 45-60 minute classes. Whether you are starting your physical health journey, or looking to shake things up from your current routine, this is the class for you. While each class will work your upper and lower muscle groups, each week will have a focus point and scenario. Week 1: Watchtower Siege Scenario - Upper Body Week 2: Supply Line Siege Scenario - Cardio / Core Week 3: Trebuchet Sabotage Scenario - Interval Week 4: Archer Defense Scenario - Pyramid Logistics Park and enter the District Office on the EAST side of the building, door #7 Participants should arrive ready to be active! There are no locker rooms availbable. A water fountain is available but participants should bring a water bottle to use during class. Instructor: Tim Ferry Tim Ferry is a certified group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise and a local game designer. Tim focuses on running classes for all fitness and skill levels. He developed the Siege Conditioning program which has helped people in the DSM metro start their fitness journey with confidence.
