  • Cardio Tennis

    Course Description Cardio Tennis is a great workout with a racquet, plan to elevate your heart rate for 40-45 min. It begins with a warm up, the middle of class is filled with games, team challenges, and drills. The class finishes with a cooldown. The class will use an orange cardio tennis ball. All levels are welcome to play. Logistics Bring racket Balls will be provided Weather policy/procedures- if courts are slick/wet from rains, lessons will be cancelled.   • Pickleball Clinic for Adults

    Course Description Learn pickleball quickly! The shots focused on will be dinks, volleys, serves, and returns. By the end of the clinic, players will be able to play a match, understand scoring, and where to stand on the court.   • Tennis Lessons for Adult Intermediates

    Course Description Intermediate tennis is geared toward tennis players who have a basic understanding of the game. This is also for people who have played for at least a year. The focus will be on spins, grip changes, placement, and tactics.
