The Johnston Early Learning Academy offers programs for 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds preparing for elementary education.
Before/after school and no school day care during the school year for JCSD students in grades DK-5. Summer full day care during the summer for all students in grades DK-7.
From Mad Science to youth basketball and so much, Johnston youth are invited to participate in one our Community Education's numerous programs.

Learn martial arts, perfect basketball skills, and more with youth recreation. Activities can vary depending on season.
This program introduces the skills and rules needed to play football. Participants move through drills with their parent/adult working on passing/receiving, running, defense, and blocking. Each child must have a “coaching” parent/adult present who is willing to go through each drill throughout the clinic.
