Join coaches and athletes from the Lady Dragon Track & Field team for an introduction to the fundamentals of this great sport! Emphasis will be placed on having fun and building individual skills & fitness. The final day of camp will consist of a non-competitive track meet. Please bring a personalized water bottle!!!
