Morning Fitness Classes: SUMMER COMBO
Raise your heart rate and increase your strength and endurance through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. Challenge yourself everyday (and save money) with our combo package. Daily classes listed below. Register for daily classes only if you do not want to participate in the combo package.
Mondays: Resistance & Free Weights
Wednesdays: Cardio Circuit
Friday: Weight Circuit
